Electrical work and repairs can be dangerous, especially around water. There is a risk of shock or electrocution, which could result in serious injury or death. We strongly advise that hot tub electrical wiring be referred to a licensed electrician for proper installation and grounding.
While a backyard spa is a great way to relax and have fun, the installation, however, involves specific electrical requirements.
Before pouring the slab for your new spa have us install a chase conduit for power.
Get specifics from the Spa dealer on the power requirements.
Have an electrician make sure your home is suitable for the additional amperage. Some Hot tubs pull 50 to 60 amps and are not compatible to your home with out a service upgrade. This is generally for homes that have a 100 amp service or less.
